At The Bag Room, we work with trusted international suppliers to deliver your order directly to your door.
Because we operate on a dropshipping model, shipping times and packaging may vary depending on your location and the supplier.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number when available.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:

United States / Europe: 7–15 business days

International: 10–25 business days
These are estimated timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, high demand, or global logistics issues.
Translation: sometimes the world is slower than your impatience. We get it.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
Occasionally, The Bag Room may offer free shipping as part of special promotions.
4. Customs, Taxes & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by The Bag Room unless stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.
In some cases, orders may arrive in separate packages if products are shipped from different suppliers.
6. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
The Bag Room is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Packages returned to sender

Failed delivery attempts due to customer error
If a package is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping fees may apply.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, The Bag Room is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
However, we may assist you in opening a claim with the carrier when possible.
Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed in these cases.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or modified within [X] hours after purchase.
Once your order is in processing or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
