Refund policy

At [The Bag Room], we want you to love your bag as much as you love your style.
If it’s not a perfect match, no stress — we’ve got your back.


1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

After this period, we unfortunately can’t accept returns. Even if the bag was starting to grow on you.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Not show any signs of wear, damage, or use

❌ The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale / discounted items (unless defective)

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items


3. How to Return an Item

Before sending anything back, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

We will send you the return address and instructions.
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except if:

    • The item is defective

    • We made a mistake (wrong item, color, or model)

In these cases, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified by email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds usually take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

⚠️ Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the error is ours).


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Or incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will offer you a replacement, refund, or reshipment at no extra cost.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.
